Three Ways To Forget About Your Lymphoma And Have Fun
When you are living with lymphoma you just want to take a little time to forget what is going on in your body and around you. You want to have fun with your family like nothing else is going on in your life. What can you do to have that fun and forget about your disease?
Well sit down with your family and figure out what it is that you want to do. There is that vacation that you never got to take with your family and you now what to go. So do it. Go on that trip to the beach or across the world. Enjoy your time with your family without worrying about your disease. Leave it at home and relax. Read that book you have been wanting to read. Watch the kids play at a waterpark or ski down a mountain. You can do whatever you want to do as long as the ones you love are there with you to enjoy every moment.
Maybe you need that trip to yourself. Take a weekend or a week and go somewhere. Relax in a spa retreat. Do nothing but pamper yourself. You deserve it. Take those books you want to read or just watch movies all day. Get a message and go shopping. Eat a fancy dinner and just take it easy. You don’t have to worry about anything but doing what you want to do. It is a good way to have fun and enjoy those things in life that you haven’t done in a long time. Feeling good is more than being healthy, its about doing something for yourself and forgetting you have lymphoma.
Then what else is there that you want to do. Maybe you want to go sailing and see what the ocean has to offer you. See all the wildlife that makes up the sea. Go diving and see what lies beneath the surface of that deep blue ocean. Take your family along to see all these wonderful things. Eat a nice dinner on the boat and bond with your family again. You can sail away from all the stress and worry at home. Forget what is going on in the real world and enjoy your time with your family.
There are many things you can do with your time. The sky is the limit, don’t worry about anything else but doing one that on your list of things you want to do. If you don’t have a list, make one. List all the places or things you want to do and do them one by one. Include your family and all of you can share the memories for a long time afterwards. There is no time like the present to have fun and do the things that you want to do. Enjoy life, its too short not to. When you leave the house to do these things, leave the fact that you have lymphoma behind as well. You don’t need to think about it, just have fun.
